Directions for Damaged Hair: Towel dry hair after shampooing with Top Model. Work No. 1 Conditioner through hair. For best results leave conditioner in for 10 minutes before rinsing out. Rinse and style as usual.

Directions for Extremely Damaged Hair: Apply to dry hair prior to shampooing. Leave in for 10 minutes, shampoo with Top Model shampoo, towel dry, reapply No. 1 Conditioner for 10 minutes and rinse. Style as usual.
